Here is a very rare, never before published photo of a Central Louisiana ghost-town.  Rochelle, Louisiana was located not far from the present day town of Georgetown in Grant Parish. It was a large lumber mill owned by the Tremont Lumber Company. Rochelle closed down in the early 1940s. This is a photograph of the hotel taken in 1909.
