Alexandria City Railway Company stock certificate. It is made out to Sam Neil for fifteen shares at $100.00 per share, and was issued in New Orleans, dated June of 1898.
This was probably for the first street car line in Alexandria.
The condition of stock is near mint, and is on display at the Louisiana History Museum in Alexandria.
